Start your day right, Monday to Friday 7am, with a free yoga session on the soft white sand of Siesta Beach. You'll find us between the green and blue lifeguard stands. All ages and levels welcome. Bring a mat, towel, or blanket along with a hydrating beverage. Christal, founder of infinity Yoga SRQ, has a passion for yoga, and her intention is to share it with you at Good Morning Yoga with Christal.
